Key Achievements:
- Achieved day-one unit profitability, by eliminating per-transaction costs in our API vendor agreements (INR Zero per txn, versus INR 5 per txn)
- Engineered industry-leading acquisition rate of ~35% and retention rate of 25% by crafting onboarding experience with the marketing team, with clean, actionable metrics for attribution, acquisition, retention
- Made Deciml the first app in India to enable round-up investing, on iOS, by integrating with the Account Aggregator framework
- Data driven product engineering mindset - used data to understand what was the next product feature to launch like Digital Gold. Predicting how to open up different revenue streams like Credit (in what form as a co-branded credit card or LAMF, Personal loan), Spend analysis tool etc via data
- Maintained 100% VAPT success every year, for the last 3 years, due to sound and up-to-date security engineering practices and procedures
- Brought industry attention to Deciml by participating in industry forums and being recognised for leadership and startup innovation (2024 Pragati Leadership - Startup Innovator Award recipient)
