Designed and built the entire platform from zero, serving 400K+ users at INR 3M in daily transactions on a lean five-person team. Hit day-one unit profitability by taking per-transaction costs to zero, and made Deciml the first app in India to enable round-up investing through the Account Aggregator framework. Kept a 100% VAPT pass rate three years running.
